By installing a wall, you can level the area and increase usable space. Retaining walls come in all sorts of styles and colors. You can position lights to accentuate various features of your landscape that you may not of otherwise noticed. Examples would be bark on a tree, bricks on the face of your house, etc. We use both incandescent and LED lights. We’ll come out to your property with our sample kit and show you what the end result could be before you make the investment.

Edging is one of those necessities you must have to keep rock and mulch in. We have edging machines that allow us to insert edging quickly saving you money. The most popular form of edging is vinyl as it is the most cost effective. Other types of edging include: steel, concrete, wall, boulders and natural. Before you spend all day digging through hard/clay soil and create the wavy line, give Warner’s a call and we can in most cases give you a quote over the phone. You’ll save time and money and the end result and perfect lines.

Seed/Sod/Hydro-seed
Whether your sodding a yard for the first time or just doing a little seeding, Warner’s Outdoor Solutions can handle the need. We’re equipped for every situation!
If your lawn is in a situation where you would like to thicken the grass a bit, then over-seeding is what you are looking for. The process of over-seeding is when grass seed is added throughout the entire yard. The grass seeds are able to grow in the bare spots and will thicken you lawn in no time at all. We recommend aeration your lawn before seeding, so the seeds are able to absorb into the soil and start growing quicker.
We can also repair part of your lawn if an area has not had grass before or if there is a patch of dead grass. The process would includes adding a denser amount of grass seed to that area. Our process includes, adding planting soil, tilling, adding gypsum, fertilizing, seeding and combining everything together.
Different grasses, soil and location all come into play when seeding. Make sure you ask the experts at Warner’s Outdoor Solutions when doing any type of seeding project.
We also offer Hydro-seeding as an option. This is cheaper than sod, but doesn’t have the initial thickness. We recommend this method in areas where the slope is steep and susceptible to erosion.
We recommend sodding if you want instant results. Unlike seeding, when the project is done, you are left with a green lawn. Do to the labor involved the cost is more but the results are better. We use premium Kentucky Blue Grass, which thrives in Minnesota/Wisconsin.
